1. Endometrial Cancer Stage Monthly Case Report report by Dr. Aruna ashok, sr. fertility consultant and Clinical director, A4 Hospital and fertility centre, Chennai
it was the case report of a patient who has enometrial cancer stage 1, and also infertility. She was 24 years olf came with complaints of menorrhagia for 20 days following 2 months amenorrhoea. she was married a 6 months ago. She has irregular cycles from menarche, her BMI was 36 and she doesnt have any history of DM and HT.
She diagnosed with CA Endometrium, Grade 1, Endometroid Type. we have done MRI and PET scans, in that only limited to the endometrium, no myometrial invasion. She had counselling with a group of the surgical, medical oncologist and fertility consultant.
